  • Definition and activation of legal regulations
  • Configuration of embargo check, sanctioned party list screening and legal control (export license management)
  • Configuration of customs processing and transit/presentation
  • Configuration of preference processing (preference determination and supplier’s declaration management)
  • Configuration of Intrastat reporting

Prerequisites

Essential

  • GTS100 (SAP Global Trade Services Overview) or comparable knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of sales order processing and external procurement in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
  • Basic knowledge of foreign trade law and customs law

Recommended

  • Basic knowledge of the IDoc interface

  • SAP Global Trade Services, edition for SAP HANA 2020
  • SAP ERP Central Component 6.0 EHP 8

Notes

  • Good application knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services is essential. System examples are mainly based on the legal situation in the EU.
