COVID-19 measures:

SAP Training and Adoption is still open for business, with all of our courses available as virtual events or self-paced learning.

Due to the temporary closure of training centers, all planned classroom training courses in the affected countries have been converted to our virtual learning method SAP Live Class until further notice.

Since mid of June, we’ve started to reopen the first training centers in a structured manner (more to follow soon) with necessary hygiene rules and safety precautions (current status here).

Why is my SAP Live Access training system suspended?

To conserve your contingent time, training system can be automatically paused by being placed in suspend mode. When you are ready to use your new system, go to Active Systems tab on the Home page and resume it.

SAP Live Access training systems are automatically suspended in the following situations:

  • After successful deployment
  • If the training system was not accessed 60 minutes after it was resumed
  • If the connection to the training system is established but there was no activity on it for 60 minutes (not applicable for SAP SuccessFactors training systems)
  • If the connection to the training system broke and isn’t reestablished in following 60 minutes (not applicable for SAP SuccessFactors training systems)
