If the loss of connection is brief and you are still within the post-launch leeway then you may be able to resume your in-progress exam. However to maintain the security and integrity of the exam a prolonged disconnection will require the proctor to pause or terminate the exam. The proctor will attempt to phone you at the number you provided to troubleshoot the problem.
