Will all courses be available as virtual events?

Due to the temporary closure of training centers (current status here), all planned classroom training courses in the affected countries have been converted to our virtual learning method SAP Live Class until further notice - thus the original offer is still fully available in these countries.

What are the technical requirements for participation in a virtual course?

All you need to participate in virtual training is:

  • Computer, monitor, and Internet connection
  • Webcam
  • Headset with built-in microphone

Go to https://sap.zoom.us/test and follow the hyperlinked instructions to test whether the video conferencing system for SAP Live Class works correctly with your web camera and headset.

I already have a booking for a classroom course. Will that booking be changed automatically to a virtual event or do I need to contact local Education to request the change?

All current bookings for classroom courses will be turned automatically to bookings for virtual courses. Upon rebooking, you will receive a confirmation with the new delivery method as virtual event.

Does a SAP Live Class training have the same value as a classroom training?

Yes, SAP Live Class offers participants the same instructors, training systems, course material, personal support and face-to-face engagement with the instructors and other participants that they would expect to find in a traditional classroom. After the course participants will get a confirmation of participation, just as we do for classroom trainings.

How can I train in SAP during the Corona crisis?

How do I have access to the trainer for questions?
