I tried to change my email address that exist under My Account > My Profile but the email update failed. What should I do?

If you try to change your email address and the email address you enter already has a web profile the update will fail. 

Use the email address to login to the shop.  If you do not remember you password then select Login at top of shop page.

Select Reset Password follow the onscreen prompts; select Send.

NOTE: An e-mail with a link to a page where you can reset your password will be sent. Note that the e-mail might take a few minutes to reach your inbox.
