1. Run the diagnostic test to ensure your computer and network connections are properly configured to provide you with the best possible Adobe Connect meeting experience.
2. Install the Adobe Connect plug-in using the link provided below. The installation of this plug-in enables the instructor to make you a presenter during course delivery enabling you to share your screens with the class.
The Citrix receiver will allow you to connect to the SAP course servers to complete exercises during class.
Please make sure you are all set up to connect to the course servers by preparing well in advance based on the technical prerequisites as described in the SAP Document for Customer On-Site Training available under the Downloads section of https://access.sap.com/
Attention: all participants regardless of whether you have previously attended SAP Virtual Training must ensure that you have the latest version of the Citrix Receiver installed. If not please un-install your existing client and install the latest from the Downloads section of https://access.sap.com/
