The SuccessFactors Professional Certification is one of the designations within the SAP Cloud Certification.

You fill out the application form found at https://training.sap.com/certification/ and provide all the required information.  NOTE: If you are not logged into the webshop you will be requested to login to access and submit the application form.

If you were certified under the SuccessFactors Certification Program (Associate and/or Professional) you should have received an e-mail with instructions on how to transfer your certification data to the new program. 

The new SAP Cloud Certification Program is managed via Credly. You can see all SAP Certification Digital Badges available on the Credly website.

The SuccessFactors Professional Certification stays in place as long as you maintain your SuccessFactors Associate Certification.

If you lose your SuccessFactors Associate Certification your SuccessFactors Professional Certification will also be revoked.  You will need to reapply once you have a current SuccessFactors Associate Certification in place.

No, there is no additional fee to become SuccessFactors Professional Certified.

No, there is no exam needed for the SuccessFactors Professional.  Instead, you need to fill out the application form found at and provide customer references based on project experience.
