All certified consultants must be on the latest release by the end of each quarter in order to fulfill new delta requirements. A Delta assessment is required quarterly for each product for which consultants are certified. This assessment is based on key new features and enhancements for that quarter.  If you are certified on a past release you are required to take Delta for that quarter to stay current. 

NOTE: you may need to complete Delta even if you have just become newly Certified if the release level of your Certification is not the latest.  For example, you take the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Core Exam (C_THR88_1605) on October 30th.  You still need to complete the 1608 Delta for Learning before November 30th because the Learning Core Exam is not on the latest release.

All exams carry a minimum pass score of 100% and all questions need to be answered correctly.

Log into SAP Learning Hub Professional Edition and navigate to “Learning Content”. Locate the relevant delta content/assessment using the search field.

Search Tips: all delta training have the suffix “D” at the end of course code e.g. THR81D and all Learning Rooms have the prefix “LR-“ before the course code e.g. LR-THR81

Delta content consists of a slide deck that outlines the relevant key enhancements for each quarterly release. The slides provide objectives a description of the enhancements, screenshots, and any other key applicable info relevant to the release.

• Consultants that skip a quarter will no longer hold a valid Associate Certification and need to re-take the latest Core Exam to become current. In addition, any corresponding Professional Certification would not be valid and the consultant will need to reapply.
• Consultants that do not have a current certification cannot access provisioning for future customer implementation projects  (current projects will not be affected).
• Delta assessments must be completed via  SAP Learning Hub (partners) or Success  Map Learning (SAP employees) within 90  days of new delta content release each quarter.
