Which Training Services can be purchased using my Preferred Card?

The Preferred Card value can be used for the purchase of

  • Certification;
  • Courses (public classroom training) and Live Class
  • Online Training
  • Customer Specific Training

The Preferred Card value cannot be used for the purchase of

  • consulting services;
  • software licenses;
  • Learning Hub or bundles including Learning Hub and
  • Live Access or bundles including Live Access.

In which country can I use my Preferred Card for the purchase of Training Services ?

The training Services can only be purchased in the same country where the Preferred Card is purchased.

How do I order a Customer Specific Training using my Preferred Card?

Please reach out to your SAP Training & Adoption account executive or use the contact details at the bottom of the Training Shop pages.

During your engagement in discussing your Company Specific Training make sure you submit the Preferred Card ID for Payment 

How do I get help for a booking using my Preferred Card?

How can I add additional Administrators to my Preferred Card?

Your administrator can submit the request for adding more administrators to the Preferred Card by sending an email to the address on the bottom of each page in our Training Shop

Can I see a report of how much if left on my preferred card?

Yes, SAP Preferred Card administrators will see an option in the account menu (after logon) for the 'Preferred Card' report. 

You will need to have your account number assigned (and visible against your name in the site header). 

Click on the person icon and navigate to the 'My Preferred Cards' menu option. 

The report will include an overview of your spend, and validity as well as a click-through to view the booking details.

If you have multiple preferred cards, you select another card from "Select a Card" dropdown menu and Select Update Report.
