My customer has forgotten both his password and the "question" to retrieve the password to login to CLC. Is there any other option for him to retrieve?

Your customer can reset their CLC password at

They only need to select ‘Forgot password?’ link on the page to reset their password.  

If this does not resolve the customers issue they can contact one of our agents by selecting ‘Get Technical Support' at the bottom of the Help Center page.
