If there are no events scheduled some countries allow to select pre-booking. If there are events scheduled but the course is fully booked you could still register in the wait-list. 

In every case you could "register interest" on a course. This gives the respective local SAP Education team the chance to schedule courses based on the interest.

Pre-Booking

Prebooking allows you to pre-book a course where there are no events currently scheduled or where the events scheduled do not match your desired location or date. If you pre-book a course and an event becomes available you will receive an email notification of event(s) scheduled and can choose to book the course remain on the pre-booking list or cancel the pre-booking.

You can manage your pre-book request from My Account area at anytime.

NOTE: Pre-Booking is not available for all courses and there is no guarantee event(s) will be scheduled. You must be logged with S-user assigned to pre-book and view My Account.

Waitlisting

Waitlisting allows you to request placement on a waiting list for a course event that has no seats available. There is no charge for being placed on a waiting list but you are required to provide payment details and accept country-specific Terms & Conditions for placement. If you are on a waiting list and a seat(s) become available you will receive an email notification and will have the option book or cancel the waitlist request. 

If you choose to book the course the country Terms and Conditions apply and the course price and any taxes due will be charged to the payment type you provided during placement on the waitlist.

You can manage your waitlist request from your My Account area at anytime.

NOTE: Wait Listing is only available for courses with scheduled events and there is no guarantee a seat will become available. You must be logged with account assigned to your profile (you can manage that under My Acciunt Management), provide payment details and accept Terms and Conditions to be placed on waitlist and to view My Account area.
