SAP Supply Chain Management

SAP Supply Chain Management includes all functions and processes associated with the movement, sales, procurement, planning, production and storage of goods and services.

Procurement: A series of courses covering the processes of purchasing, inventory management and vendor invoicing, plus customisation of these processes to meet business requirements. These courses are aimed at people wishing to understand how SAP ERP supports these processes, and also at those who wish to become specialists or consultants in this area.

Sales OrderManagement: This area covers the processes of customer sales, shipping and billing, plus customisation of these processes to meet business requirements. These courses are aimed at people wishing to understand how SAP ERP supports these processes, and also at those who wish to become specialists or consultants in this area.

Manufacturing and Planning: Planning and manufacturing control may take place within the ERP system. These courses cover the processes of planning and manufacturing, plus the customisation of these areas to meet business requirements within SAP ERP for those who wish to become specialists or consultants in this area.

Planning (SCM – APO): More complex supply chain modelling, demand planning, supply network planning and detailed production scheduling may take place in SAP SCM (APO). Courses in this curriculum are aimed at those who wish to understand the processes and/or customisation of these areas to meet business requirements, with the aim of becoming specialists or consultants in this area.

Logistics Execution: LE is the set of processes of shipping, transportation, inventory management and warehouse management, plus the customisation of these areas to meet business requirements. These courses are aimed at people wishing to understand how SAP ERP supports these processes, and also at those who wish to become specialists or consultants in this area.
