The overview course SAPCRM (Overview of the SAP CRM solution) introduces the CRM functional areas and interaction channels, and provides a holistic view of the solution. It is followed by the CR100, offering a foundation in general customising for the CRM Enterprise (such as Business Partner, Products, general transaction customizing, overview on Middleware) which are of relevance for all further courses. This can then be followed by more specialised courses focussing on a single functional area, or interaction channel.
