  • This course covers configuration topics and tools that may not be accessible by the customer. Though the course is designed for consultants, customers are welcome to take the course if a deeper understanding of system configuration is desired. Customers should reference the customer-specific instructor-led and self-service (SFALC) offerings and become accredited via the SFX Accreditation program.

Goals

  • After completing this course, you will master advanced platform topics, including the job architecture in SAP SuccessFactors using Job Description Manager or Job Profile Builder, managing and using Talent Intelligence Hub and Opportunity Marketplace, using Configuration Transport Center to move configurations between instances, and exploring additional functionality, such as Instance Refresh, Intelligent Services and more. To complete this course, it is essential to have a basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
