Course announcements

This course teaches the configuration steps necessary to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits. The course highlights the different types of benefits, including allowances, reimbursements, pension plans, and insurance, and walks through the steps to configure each benefit type. Hands-on exercises guide learners through the steps to configure the system and set up each type of benefit. Other topics include configuring the employee self-service interface, using the Job Scheduler and Check Tool, and managing reports. This course is ideal for implementation consultants, implementation partners, and support representatives.
A classroom version of this course is not currently available. The content for this course is only available as a self-paced offering within the Learning Hub.

Learning outcomes

This course will prepare you to:

Gain the skills necessary to perform the core configuration for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits project.
Enable and Configure Global Benefits including the Employee File UI.
Set up eligibility and contribution rules, workflows, benefit exceptions, and automated processes.
Become familiar with the resources and support available to configure additional features.
Create and use different types of benefits
Create a standard report and describe and how it works in Advance Reporting
