  • This course teaches implementation consultants, implementation partners, and HR Administrators fundamental configurations to set up SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management in organizations, through a combination of self-guided learnings and hands-on exercises. In this 5-day course, learners will gain knowledge on Employee Central Position Management, including:
    • Describing and enabling Position Management and Tools
    • Navigating the Position Organization Chart
    • Configuring the Position Object, Position Management Settings and other features
    • Creating and Maintaining Positions
    • Creating Business Rules for Position Management scenarios
    • Discover the integration points with Recruiting Management and Succession Management.
    • Set up the Company Structure Overview in organizations.
  • This course covers configuration topics and tools that may not be accessible by the customer. Though the course is designed for consultants, customers are welcome to take the course if a deeper understanding of system configuration is desired. Customers should reference the customer-specific instructor-led and self-service (SFALC) offerings and become accredited via the SFX Accreditation program.

  • After completing this course, learners will be able to perform and configure the core functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management and access the resources and support available to configure additional features. The course will briefly touch on SAP SuccessFactors module integrations with Recruiting and Succession Management and the Company Structure Overview as an organizational feature within Employee Central.
