- Training content for the SAP SuccessFactors customer courses are provided via the SAP Learning platform. The SuccessFactors eXpert (SFX) accreditations are provided via the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC). If you do not currently have access to the SFALC, please follow the step by step instructions in the access guide. Please note, you must be a licensed SuccessFactors customer in order to access the SFALC. The SFX accreditation program is exclusive to the SFALC.

- This course provides an overview of the concepts and terminology associated with using the Story Reporting in People Analytics utilizing Report Center. As a reporting administrator or report designer, you will learn to use Query Designer to create data sources (queries) for use in Story Reports. You will add and format components, including tables and charts, within the Story pages. Finally, you will be able to share reports with report consumers and help report consumers run, export, and distribute reports.
