Course announcements

  • Training content for the SAP SuccessFactors customer courses are provided via the SAP Learning platform. The SuccessFactors eXpert (SFX) accreditations are provided via the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC). If you do not currently have access to the SFALC, please follow the step by step instructions in the access guide. Please note, you must be a licensed SuccessFactors customer in order to access the SFALC. The SFX accreditation program is exclusive to the SFALC.
  • The Project Team Orientation (PTO) for SAP SuccessFactors Platform is designed for major stakeholders within the organization who have the responsibility to implement and maintain SuccessFactors applications. The overall goal for the PTO is to provide knowledge transfer on the core out-of-the box functionality of SAP SuccessFactors Platform that will enable participants to gain a high-level understanding of the concepts and capabilities of the software.

Learning outcomes

  • This course provides an overview of key Platform features. It provides the necessary information to prepare customers to work with SAP SuccessFactors Professional Services Consultants in planning and implementing an effective configuration.

  • Use Talent Intelligence Hub and Opportunity Marketplace
  • Gain basic understanding on the concepts of email notifications
  • Use the Mobile Application
