If you do not currently have access to the SFALC, please follow the step by step instructions in the access guide. Please note, you must be a licensed SuccessFactors customer in order to access the SFALC. This content is also available in the People Engagement Solution Edition & Professional Edition of the SAP Learning Hub. The SFX accreditation program is exclusive to the SFALC.

    • Navigate the SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals solutions and define the key capabilities of each module.
    • Identify goal plan templates and determine goal visibility, goal categories, fields, and the function of goal libraries, group and team goals, initiatives and goal alignment through cascading and linking goals.
    • Define components of a competency, including core and job-specific competencies, edit competency libraries and using the writing assistant.
    • Identify performance review forms and design the sections, weights, and components related to performance forms like rating scales, route maps, team overview or stack ranker
    • Determine whether to use Continuous Performance Management, Calibration and 360 Reviews
