Training content for the SAP SuccessFactors customer courses are provided via the SAP Learning platform. The SuccessFactors eXpert (SFX) accreditations are provided via the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC). If you do not currently have access to the SFALC, please follow the step by step instructions in the access guide. Please note, you must be a licensed SuccessFactors customer in order to access the SFALC. The SFX accreditation program is exclusive to the SFALC.
The SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Project Team Orientation provides a high-level understanding of the concepts and capabilities of the software. The core functionality and features are explained so that your organization can work with a consultant in planning and implementing an effective configuration. This orientation is designed for major stakeholders within the organization who are responsible for making configuration and process decisions during the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

Navigate the SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals solutions and define the key capabilities of each module.
Identify goal plan templates and determine goal visibility, goal categories, fields, and the function of goal libraries, team goals, initiatives and goal alignment through cascading and linking goals.
Define attributes used in Performance and 360 Reviews, including core and job-specific skills and competencies, manage the central attribute library and using the writing assistant for competency comments.
Identify performance review forms and design the sections, weights, and components related to performance forms like rating scales, route maps, team overview or stack ranker
Determine whether to use Continuous Performance Management, Calibration and 360 Reviews
