  • Training content for the SAP SuccessFactors customer courses are provided via the SAP Learning platform. The SuccessFactors eXpert (SFX) accreditations are provided via the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC). If you do not currently have access to the SFALC, please follow the step by step instructions in the access guide. Please note, you must be a licensed SuccessFactors customer in order to access the SFALC. The SFX accreditation program is exclusive to the SFALC.

  • The Project Team Orientation (PTO) is designed to help stakeholders make decisions for a successful implementation and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution. Throughout this PTO, you learn about the terms and concepts of the solution and review the administrator and end-user experiences. The decisions that you make in the PTO assist you in your upcoming configuration workshop.
