  • Training content for the SAP SuccessFactors customer courses are provided via the SAP Learning platform. The SuccessFactors eXpert (SFX) accreditations are provided via the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC). If you do not currently have access to the SFALC, please follow the step by step instructions in the access guide. Please note, you must be a licensed SuccessFactors customer in order to access the SFALC. The SFX accreditation program is exclusive to the SFALC.

  • The Project Team Orientation (PTO) aims to help stakeholders make informed decisions for the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution. During this PTO, you will learn about the key terms and concepts of the solution and review both the administrator and end-user experiences. The decisions you make during the PTO will support you in your upcoming configuration workshop.
