  • Describe the sales cycle of a ticket
  • Describe the necessary steps to book a ticket,
  • Call and change a reservation
  • Find and print all documents belonging to a booking/invoice
  • Create and change customers and the customer data
  • Cancel a reservation/booking
  • Learn the basics to create a Company and Users
  • Create an event, including event location and Price lists
  • Perform basic functions for Main data in SAP Event ticketing
  • Create a subscription
  • Learn the basics of the different pools
  • Work with special tickets and vouchers
  • Get an Overview of the interfaces and the access control
  • Work with the cancellation management
  • Adopt Documents and assign them to company or event in the system
  • Perform the functions to ship documents
