Course announcements

  • After completing this intermediate level course, consultants will be able to explain the major functional features of SAP Convergent Charging. You will understand technical concepts of the solution, starting from its overall technical architecture up to the positioning of the module with the larger SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) solution. Also you will learn how to configure SAP Convergent Charging for typical rating/pricing and charging scenarios and undertake other potential implementation activities such as designing and modelling business cases and integration with other SAP modules of the SAP BRIM solution.

Learning outcomes

  • This course will prepare you to:
    • The course provides an overview of the features of SAP Convergent Charging for subscription and consumption management, in the context of the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solution.
    • In this training you will learn how to design and implement price models for subscription and consumption products.
    • How to model usage fees and recurring fees with logical components, model allowances and bring the design objects together in charge plans and allowance plans, is covered as well.
    • In addition, the integration of SAP Convergent Charging with SAP Convergent Invoicing and SAP Subscription Order Management will be explained in an architecture overview.
