  • This course is made for trainers, who shall perform a training in a classroom, or virtually over the internet, or in a hybrid mode, a combination of both. This training focuses on trainers, who teach trainings, in which the use of SAP systems is in the focus. In this training, the trainers can test new teaching methods.

Goals

  • This course will prepare you to:
    • Know and use the most important aspects of a training planning and a start of a training.
    • Understand the meaning of a professional rhetoric and presentation and to reflect and improve it.
    • Know the most effective visualization techniques and media and to use them to find your own teaching style.
    • Recognize the interdependencies and the dynamic of critical situations in trainings and know the ways, how to react.
    • Use aspects of a constructive and positive handling of critical situations for you and the participants.
    • Recognize and improve the effect of your teaching style.
