  • The added value of any software solution derives from its efficient use by its users. To proactively address this aspect in SAP transformation projects, SAP offers the Change Basecamp. In this two-day workshop, you will get to know SAP's organizational change management methods, gain practical insights, and thereby be able to actively and sustainably shape future change processes in your organization.

  • The interactive two-day workshop consists of knowledge nuggets designed to provide a methodological basis, which will be reflected upon, discussed, and practically practiced in small workgroups.
  • The integrated SAP S/4HANA Cloud case study covers the entire project lifecycle and focuses on topics including:
    • Planning and implementing measures for effective stakeholder engagement
    • Proactively identifying and accompanying the impacts of change
    • Capturing enterprise and user acceptance through data-driven methods and steering it purposefully Details can be found in Course_Contents_S4CM01.pdf
  • Award Note: Upon completion of the training and successful mastery of the case study exercises, you will receive the official SAP Digital Badge as a "SAP Cloud Change Management Champion"

  • After attending this workshop:
    • you will be familiar with SAP's change management methodology to sustainably shape change within your own organization.
    • you will have gained practical experience in implementing change measures through hands-on exercises.
    • you will learn about the challenges that arise in everyday project life and how to address them through effective change measures.
